Are your diamonds real?
Yes. Our lab grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. They are graded by the same standards and certified by IGI or GIA.

What is a lab grown diamond?
A lab grown diamond is created in a controlled laboratory environment using the same conditions that form diamonds deep within the earth. The result is a genuine diamond — not a simulant like cubic zirconia or moissanite.

Do your diamonds come with a certificate?
Yes. Every Saviera Jewels diamond comes with an IGI or GIA grading certificate documenting its Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat weight.

What color and clarity are your diamonds?
Our diamonds are graded D-E color (colorless) and VVS clarity — the highest grades available, meaning inclusions are invisible to the naked eye.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. All orders are shipped fully insured with signature confirmation required.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

How long does a custom order take?
Custom orders typically take 3–4 weeks from design approval to delivery.

How do I find my ring size?
Use our Ring Size Guide to measure at home. If you're between sizes, we recommend going up to the next size.

Do you offer resizing?
