Collection: Halo Engagement Rings

A halo surrounds the centre stone with a ring of small pavé diamonds. The practical effect is that the centre stone reads roughly half a carat larger than it is — a 1.0ct centre in a well-proportioned halo presents closer to a 1.5ct look. For anyone deciding between a bigger stone and a better one, a halo is the setting that lets you choose quality without losing presence.

The trade-off is maintenance. More small stones means more places for everyday residue to collect, so a halo benefits from a proper clean every few months. It is a five-minute job with warm water and a soft brush, not a chore, but it is worth knowing before you choose.

Halos work with every shape we cut. Round and cushion centres give the classic look; oval and pear centres in a halo produce the most dramatic size gain. Each ring is handcrafted in our workshop in 10k, 14k and 18k gold and platinum, set with IGI-certified lab grown diamonds or moissanite.
